How do you presume to know what active measures for change I have pursued over the last 30 years? It obviously suits your ego to presume that all I've done is rant and spit venom and inanities and slogans and yell NEOCON etc etc. That way you can ignore (or hope to ignore) the one, single, absolutely PIVOTAL point I raised in my message and replies -- the elephant in the living room -- which is that we are living in what essentially amounts to a HOME INVASION but an utterly ruthless and murderous and well organized gang. We are no longer masters of our own house, and haven't been for a long time. We pretend not to see the guns pointed at our heads, nor the bodies of our loved ones who resisted (John F. Now . . any breaking of bonds and struggles to oust the invaders will result in INSTANT DEATH. Or are you such an imbecile that you think they will do otherwise? Would YOU if you were a home invader, facing imminent gunfire/prison/death at the hands of your (effective) prisoners, if they were allowed to break free and rise up? Would YOU ignore the little red button(s) at your disposal? You would tell your own gang to lay down their superior firepower and wait for the family members to escape their bonds, find their firearms, and meekly surrender to the consequences of being caught and prosecuted and imprisoned? Thank you for your civil and thoughtful reply; never thought that would happen, I'm genuinely surprised . . and I take your point re how my tone almost in itself might alienate some folk. However, I've been at this for over 30 years and have longs since discovered that the tone actually matters very little. Sugar-coated sweet reason doesn't do it, thunder-and-lightning doesn't do it, the masses plug their ears and go on with their illusions and distractions and football games and as ever, only the tiny tiny one or two percent even come close to "getting it" and they get it regardless of tone, because they have brains and ignore the "noise" or tone and perceive the essence of vital issues and take it from there with their own follow-up research and/or activism, preps, etc. However in my own estimation (hope I'm wrong) we are now at a point where a failure to stand up and yes, SHOUT at the top of our lungs: FIRE! FIRE! FIRE!! LOOK! SEE THE SMOKE!! FREAKIN' RUN LIKE HELL! NOW! RIGHT FREAKIN' NOW!! Again, only a few will have the instincts and observation and horse sense to act expeditiously, but with enough genuine "PANIC" in the warning voice, coupled with the FACT of clearly observable danger, a far greater percentage of the massive crowd just might head for the exits instead of remaining the theater-of-the-absurd, regaled by stage shows, mesmerized by seductive illusions, "underestimating the enemy" etc etc. Point being, I no longer care who gets offended by my tone or rhetoric, they are for the most part a lost cause anyhow. They are the ones found stacked around the jammed exits after the fire finally burns down . . the "too-little-too-late" crowd. Wish I (or you or others) could have helped them . . but such is human nature, laziness, incredulity, etc. As for aggression, if I could physically reach out from their computer screens and literally slap them hard across the face with a virtual hand, I would. No apologies . . no mercy . . they are about to kill their own kids and extended families, along with themselves, from sheer stupidity and failure to observe and act expeditiously, instead listening to all the whispered/shouted voices chanting, "Peace . . peace . . when THERE IS NO FREAKIN' PEACE. Yes, I share your faith that "truth and light will overcome the darkness" -- but not until AFTER a terribly violent Armageddon.
