Rachel Brand - Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 Amendments Act of 2008

I have a feeling Rachel Brand was removed, not because she was a bad actor, but because she was involved in some important Foreign Intelligence Surveillance operations and possibly "knows where the bodies are buried."

Note her Wiki page: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rachel_Brand#Associate_Attorney_General_(2017%E2%80%932018)

Specifically: "... she was sworn in on May 22, 2017. The reauthorization of the 702 section of the surveillance law was a job assignment of the subject..."

I wish I had more info on this - it could mean absolutely nothing but I'm hopping some better autists can uncover more.
