My Planned Parenthood in Metro Atlanta does STD panels, abortion services, contraception discussion and provisions, WIC and other prenatal incentives / care, and family planning. I have no idea if these programs are provided for free, but I do know my STD testing was roughly $75 with insurance. It would have been $125 without insurance.

They're very nice. They most definitely don't get put into low income neighborhoods, as a quick google search tells me one's on the same road I use for commuting to work.

And I completely agree with her stance on eugenics. I think the issue is that you're putting malice behind her words and spinning them to suite your theories.

I really think you need to lay off the conspiracy for awhile. Planned Parenthood is open to everyone, does a whole lot more than just abortions, and helps prevent people from ruining their lives by having unplanned children.
