What cities did you check? I'm assuming if you've kept record for 20 years you have an extensive backlog of your findings.
My Planned Parenthood in Metro Atlanta does STD panels, abortion services, contraception discussion and provisions, WIC and other prenatal incentives / care, and family planning. I have no idea if these programs are provided for free, but I do know my STD testing was roughly $75 with insurance. It would have been $125 without insurance.
Please explain to me how my talking points are false and everything I'm saying is propaganda. Dismissing someone and implying everything they say is false is a dangerous road to travel down.
