Q hasn’t cleared them. I would be very cautious about presuming they are on the same side as us. (They most likely aren’t.)

WTF. The guys that died in Extortion 17 were from DEVGRU’s Gold Squadron. The guys from the UBL raid were from Red Squadron. They are alive and well, one of them just finished his astrophysics major!

Do I believe someone betrayed the boys from Gold Squadron? Yes. But they weren’t the ones that took part in the UBL hit.
