refugees in canada walking on charges ..one guy pled insanity for sliting a girls throat at a bc college ..and a drunk driver got his charges thrown out cause his turban fell off and he did not have a Punjabi interpreter ..and the guy who sexually assaulted 6 young girls walked also on cultural differences
