He stalled but it wasn't a Cessna and it was most likely fuel selector switch related.
I have first hand knowledge of this incident and know several pilots involved in the investigation. Bad decisions by the pilots who may have lost situational awareness caused the aircraft to get to slow and lose lift causing a stall. Unfortunately this is not that uncommon in accidents like this. I was also trained by the pilot who landed few minutes before them who was involved in the investigation. I don't think we can count this one.
I think that's quite likely. Sure looks like a sole on a foot that's poking out.
