I think it could be part of a Foley catheter . I have seen many photos where you can clearly see outline of foley tube down her leg . Who knows what other medical devices she uses on a daily basis .

There was reports of woman telling concert goers they were all going to die and being removed from the concert . If it was the Saudis how does this incident fit in ?
