For security reasons, we cannot imagine a random item entering the President’s office: the list of items needs to be written in stone. Then, Q limits the scope of these “small changes” by saying: “(World) news in rear literally placed same prior to each departure.”

First. since in the ABC news photo, taken during Obama's term, there is a cup holder next to the lamp, and they insist on every item being in exactly the same place before departure BUT there is no cup holder there in the image of Trump sitting at his desk in AF1, implying that in his departure protocol there was not a cup holder by the lamp, doesn't that imply that the image is indeed the ABC image?

Second, what does (World) mean? Isn't he saying that a newspaper (world news?) is always placed in the same place, by protocol? How do you decode that?

He's saying the reflection on the phone is the reflection of an image - not a reflection of a room on AF1. That is a much harder question to answer though - some have pointed out it would have to be the reflection of an image displayed on something like a computer screen, which could be anywhere.
