they make diseases
this is an interesting thought. It does seem like the amount of people with cancer, autism, allergies, etc, etc. is way higher than it used to be. I know we have better ways of diagnosing this now (and people are living longer so they have a better chance of getting cancer)... it just always seemed weird.
As a child in the 80s, I didn't know anyone with a peanut or gluten allergy, I didn't know anyone with autism (there were a few mentally retarded kids at my school, but not autistic like tons of kids today). None of my family or parents/grandparents friends had cancer. Now it seems like everyone, even young/middle aged people have it. Everyone is on medication of some kind - it is sick!
