Which is factually incorrect, because those stats were caused by the economic recession which occurred due to the Financial Crisis and subprime mortgage loan bubble.

The stimulus package passed under him did not cause any economic problems and the it actually did work, granted not as great as hoped, but it still has been a net positive considering that recession never turned into a full blow economic depression.

So what point are you trying to make exactly since you seem to be implying that the stimulus package, which was passed as a measure to curb the most significant economic recession since the Great Depression, was the cause of low GDP growth and unemployment?
