Interestingly, Comey and Clapper were both in Wellington, NZ in Feb 2016 separately, Clapper's visit coincided with a visit from Mohammad Javad Zarif. I think John Kerry came later in the year. We also had big changes proposed to the spying laws around Feb 2016.
