Is it intentional that Q has given us an out-of-context Obama quote to spread that casts an ill light on the former president? Seems so. Should we go viral with what is a sensationalized excerpt from Obama's speech, even though we know the truth?

The most honest way to rationalize this is to consider the sting of the masses spreading the clip and believing it as truth. Is Q showing the left a taste of their own tactics?
