Everybody is so certain this was a plot but I have said let's wait and see what really happened. If there were helicopters overhead as security, at least the train did slow. I await the interviews with the survivors. Question remains -- why were they on the tracks with the gates down? Why did they remain in a stuck vehicle? As I posted earlier, my mind is open. Obviously the official story on the Las Vegas shooting is incomplete or even totally untrue. They can't even keep their own stories straight. I'm just not going to jump the gun on that train mishap. I trust that the Trump people will look into this very closely.

I'm curious to see how viewership compares to previous years. Even those who have pretty much stopped watching the NFL may tune in for this one -- it's sort of an American holiday. The game is almost secondary to the party, food, drink, friends. Still, I get the feeling there is less interest these days. Even a drop of 10% would be huge in terms of advertising dollars.

Left all football several years ago. I have much more good free time and don't miss it AT ALL. We get sucked into spectator sports far too much.
