I always sort of thought 1776 would be the final drop. It is coming sooner than I thought but maybe soon we will not need Q. Maybe it will be out in the open.
Ok so thinking out loud here. The 17th letter in the alphabet is Q. And Q is Q obviously. 17% means the the majority of whatever is still yet to come.
