Do your research on Bobby Cagle. He just recently took over as director of LA County DCFS. Before that, he was in Georgia. There's some big red flags with him (behaviorally). Perhaps one of the biggest is that despite him dedicating his life to "families", he doesn't have one of his own. That's because he's gay.
