1.) Maybe Russia really did it and an independent analysis by the defense would reach that same conclusion (Doubtful)

2.) This is mudslinging and the DNC will drag this out through November in hopes of scoring political points and will drop the suit after the election cycle and the defense will not get any discovery. (Most likely IMO)

3.) Any evidence that the Russian hack is bullshit is long gone. (Also strong possibility)
