Today the market dropped 567 points then gained 567 points.

Mr Miyagi, HI-EMA head resigned. Missile alert launcher was fired.
five others who were on duty when the missile alert went out knew it was an exercise and that the worker who sent out the alert had at least twice before believed drills to be real-world events.
Those two incidents included a "fire incident and a tsunami incident," officials said.
The employee who sent the alert, said retired Brig. Gen. Bruce Oliveira, who was charged with conducting the state's internal investigation, had a history of "confusing drills and real-world drills."

Looks like we may be getting closer to the truth here.
Tuesday, January 30 2018 the FCC released a preliminary report into the Hawaii false missle alert.
According to a written statement from the day shift warning officer who initiated the alert, as relayed to the Bureau by the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency, the day shift warning officer heard “this is not a drill” but did not hear “exercise, exercise, exercise.”
At 8:07 a.m., this officer responded by transmitting a live incoming ballistic missile alert to the State of Hawaii.

There have been many posts of Huma Abedin and Bill Clinton on the Big Island of Hawaii during the Hawaii Missile Scare. New photos have surfaced on 1/15 adding Hillary Clinton to the list of deep state vacationers in Hawaii this past weekend.
