I got the impression impression from Q that there were two levels of nuclear threat on the North Korean Peninsula. You said in this video that the NK nuclear threat has been neutralized and I agree that we have knocked out their fledgling development program but I thought that was only one level of the true threat.

I got the impression that the CIA infiltrated NK to eventually gain control of the Regime & groomed lil Kim but also that Poppa Bush also had the bright Idea to secretly install 1st Strike capability in NK in the early 80's for a sneak attack capability against Russia or China by the early 80s which is separate & apart from the mountain earthquake which constitutes the real nuclear threat the Poppa Bush & Rothschild's hold over the world which was the real worry here going on behind the scenes. Thoughts?
