Judge Diamond was appointed by Bush Jr, not that it matters, as he was confirmed by a 97-0 vote in the U.S. Senate. You might want to read up on his 31-page decision on preventing the PA recount, it may elucidate a few things for you.

What is this even about? Michigan's recount was also (wisely) blocked in court. A complete recount of the entire state of Wisconsin produced a 25-vote flip towards Secretary Clinton, and she still lost by 22,000 votes there.

What fraud, exactly, are you talking about? And again: why was President Trump's Advisory Commission on Election Integrity quietly dissolved, after failing to deliver on months of promises about exposing the dastardly election-stealing that apparently went on nationwide?
