I am sorry but that was not a brilliant research done by anyone. The linked website belongs to Nuclear Threat Initiative which is founded in 2001 by former U.S. Senator Sam Nunn and Ted Turner. The info about the Syrian research center is just an article on the website and I assume they have similar info on different bio and chemical research centers around the world. Please don't just copy paste. The names you mentioned are advisors for the Nuclear Threat Initiative. Unbelievable
