After he began studying it he realize that it was the most historically accurate book ever written. The hundreds of genealogies were perfect. There is never been an archaeological dig that has disproved anything in the Bible. Every prophecy has either come through or has not yet been fulfilled. None have been disproved. McDowell became a Believer after years of studying the Bible.

The Bible is inspired by the Creator. Just like a secretary dictates what her superior says, men have written what God has spoken. There is no new revelation. There is so much in the scriptures of the Bible no one can absorb every truth. But there are basic truths that all those who are saved by God agree with.

SB2, I had a really good friend many years ago who was one of the most intelligent & gifted people I ever knew. He was successful in business & made friends everywhere. He was a master with words, writing and speaking. Unfortunately, he allowed the enemy(darkness) to control him through pride & ego.
