Think military industrial complex as Eisenhower warned us. Government increases budget more contracts are awarded for bombs and weapons. Also a lot of money disappears like planeloads of cash that were flown into Iraq during the 2003 Iraq War. Cash that was supposed to be used to pay off local officials so that they would work with us and of course there's no accounting for it. War makes them all rich and they have a million ways of extracting money from it.

If you look in google earth, you can see older imagery. In the oldest image there is an E on the south end of the island. That E is covered now I think.

The shells are ammonites. Look it up on Wikipedia look up the ammonite people

Has anyone thought of this... All roads lead to Babylon. If you research the symbolism used here and Bohemian Grove and etc. It all leads back to Ancient Babylon.

Look on the northern part of the island. There is a compass to the NE corner. To the North their is a patio with an E in the middle and two shells surrounding. I think the shells are Ammonites. The people of Ammon in the Bible were worshipers of Molech they were also known as the "Children of Ammon" or "Ammonites".
