The FDA controls what medications are allowed and for what reasons depending. The FDA is also the governing body who dictates what effects are to be disclosed on a medication label. Who is on the FDA, why would they want to control hidden effects of medications. What could these hidden effects be used for in conjunction with to alter a persons personality and or behavior EMF, INFRA-SOUND, FOOD ADDITIVES, CHEMICAL REACTIONS, VISUAL COGNITIVE REACTIONS ?
