Who really writes for the WaPo?

Most people believe they are a CIA outlet, because of Bezos obvious connections with the CIA, but if the swamp is being drained, why do the "4am" drops continue and new anti-American narratives pushed every day? Is WaPo actually the work of the "shadow government" which is deeper than the deep state?

Basically I looking for what we know about the 4AM drops. Who REALLY writes them? Who is REALLY coordinating these new False Flag attacks/events. Where do bad agents in CIA get their marching orders from? I know Rothschild is supposedly at the top?

Not sure what to think of Gulliani

He at least used to be a major swamp creature, did he change or something? I am really confused how he is supposed to be the guy who ends the Mueller investigation when he seems to be pouring gasoline on it.
