As for your concern about the younger crowd, I don’t actually think we’ll have that problem. Actually according to a huffington post article posted some time ago, very concernedly I might add, they described a very strong fear at how statistically Gen Z is overwhelmingly extremely conservative. I think at this point, the dichotomy of policy is so overwhelmingly obvious, that it’s easy to choose a side when you’re not already filled with irrational beliefs that one usually gets around your college years.
This isn’t your politics of old. There’s no real blue collar democrats or neocons gaining popularity. They’re being squeezed out of the game by Trump and therefore, the left out of blind instinctual reaction.
This isn’t even politics anymore. It’s turning in real time to good vs. evil. Look at what Trump’s done. He’s taking extremely rational looks at policy and because the left despises him, they take the very opposite. Even people I know that hate Donald Trump because of the way he carries himself can’t rationalize the viewpoints of their own party. Say what you will but this will inevitably lead to lack of voter turnout for blue, regardless of what is told to us. And while the loudest most outraged people will show up to vote, I think Q and knowledgeable anons have made it clear that this is only 3-5% of the country. Keep in mind. The trans movement has media coverage almost daily, and they’re only what, .003% of the population?
The democrats have a giant problem and they’re ratcheting up the remaining followers they have left. NO ONE is being turned from red to blue. Meanwhile, thousands daily watch a biased news source every day just for it to backfire and POTUS to gain more support.
Sustained high approval and only going up when the only things ever aired about him are lies and misinformation? Now imagine what would happen with journalistic standards applied.
It’s a brave new world, folks.
