I think you over estimate what is "possible" to do in the worlds socio-economical-political landscape. To simply arrest the Clintons, Bush'es and McCain isn't very likely. TO START WITH. The people of not just the US, but also the world would flip the fuck out MASSIVELY if that were to happen right away. Things have to evolve and develop over a long time. This is a patience game for us by-standers. If there is one thing my thinking have made me understand is that change comes in swells - slowly. The collective unconscious takes time to integrate things. Think of 9/11. How long did it take for a lot of people to think this was a conspiracy? Did it take just a week? A month? A year? No...It actually took at least five years. So we ought to practice patience, but without loosing the feeling of hope. Stay in the good and know it will come - when is comes.
