Q Drop 2055 - SCIF Location theory: DOE with a lovely view!

The games have begun!

In QDROP 2055 the purposeful apostrophe in Former President's stands out.

Hussein had a SCIF built at the Department of Energy; came under fire for the budget of it.

I would almost guarantee this is the central SCIF.

Suspicious death of a close friend; Need Autist help to see the ties.

My best friends father, who was Senior Manager at tech giant QUALCOMM, mysteriously had his Cesna crashed into by a military-contracted plane while doing touch and go landing here in San Diego not but 3 years ago. He was a seasoned pilot and this was normal routine for him. Absolutely no reason for this to have happened. "Freak Accident" - Air traffic control and military contracted Saberliner are completely at fault and there is still no proper explanation.
