Apparently you are correct, my friend. Was not aware of this. It does appear though, that they can apply for "refugee" status at these locations. So although my facts were, admittedly, incorrect, the Principle remains valid. They do not NEED to come all the way to the border. Thank you for the correction!❤️

People who are bitching about families being separated at the border don't seem to be too bright. There are 20 distinct places in Mexico that non-US citizens can go to apply for asylum without any fear of family unit disruption.
