I don't think it's happening. The winter streamer told us during the anniversary stream that he was moving and would be without Internet for a couple of months. A couple people said they would fill in, but I think planning really fell through. A shame, especially since I created a bunch of OC I'll have to save until next August.
We have an anniversary stream on the 22nd of August and then a winter celebration of the shittiest RPGMaker games wit Uncommon Time kicking things off.
