Not entirely true, I've asked someone for casual sex once. However she laughed it off as me being drunk, and this was the second time we met so I just laughed it off.
When I asked her about it, she said I was too bold. I didn't sexually harass her or anything, my approach was just. "Hey I like you, can we have casual sex?" Or something like that.
