Eh, I was never really a fan of them. Their burgers are alright, but they're not that good, and I've had problems in the past where they don't get my order right. Fully agree about Whataburger though, that shit's real good.
Smash Burger's also alright if you know what you're ordering, but avoid their fries at all cost. They're hot garbage.
