There might be a short three day period with a generic rate-up before legfest. Having a 10 day long legfest seems a bit much.
You're wrong. Last year we had a star-gacha on the 26th.
The two-part legfest is true just the "starts on the 26th" is wrong. New years legfest started on the 29th.
Normal Ubaha? If you're doing that you can just open a room with the text "γ’γ«γγ£γ‘γγγγγ γΌγ N" and put it on repeating. That way people need a primal core to even join.
