The "PC port" is just an iso of the OG TurboGraph16 Dracula X CD with an old version of mednafen renamed something else along with a pair of .bat files to run it. Bonus points for the ripper to have actually extracted the sound .wav files from the original game and reencoded them in a way that the quality was not damaged while reducing its filesize to around 30mb total.
