Here's Tezcats FLB.

As you might be able to tell, it's really underwhelming.

The way the buff works is as follows. You summon Tezcat and in addition to it's usual effects he gives you an undispellable buff. The next time you summon a Tezcat AND the enemy has full charge diamonds you are guaranteed to get the 100% echo. It doesn't need to be the same Tezcat. So at best you can get it at turn 9 with a friend summon. I have not tried out if cross-summoning works. That would be the only upside for this uncap.

I'm going to second what the others have said. Mahira was only in the gacha on 6 occasions. There was also a 5-6 month pause between her first appearance and her second. Characters like DAO, Sturm,etc. will remain in the gacha forever.

I'm sparking her as well. I got Mahira as soon as she came out and she made me enjoy earth even more. I'm hoping Dog will do the same for water which is unlikely.

I'm really glad i didn't roll for DAO now. I wonder if they'll make Grandefest more worthwhile in the future.

They buffed Ilsa from her trial version. She has more bullets and she reloads on Ougi now too. Not sure, if she's going to be any good.

I don't actually think she's from the empire. Her bio mentions her being the mentor of Zeta and Bea. I assume she's their commanding officer.

I hope she's the big sister-type, Bea really needs one for her own sake.

Her VA is also the same as Jeanne from Bayonetta which is quite fitting considering her playstyle.

I should have been a bit more clear. Zeta is a great friend for Bea, they get into trouble together but Zeta is the more level-headed of the two. Zeta is still quite reckless and not very mature herself.

I don't imagine Ilsa as the friendly big sister-type like Naru but more like a parent. She scolds Bea and gives her frequent lectures and tells her "i told you so." when something goes awry whilst still caring for her as if she's part of her family.

Since i have to suffer for two more days thanks to the gacha roulette, i'm going to take a gamble on my spark. There's been a sup-ticket on the 7th for 2 years now. I'm gonna spark Lecia and since Ilsa has quickly become one of my favorites, i'll forego meta and ticket her.

I won't know if there's actually a ticket incoming when i spark. So if i pick up Lecia i might have to wait months before i get Ilsa. I could also just spark Ilsa now but lose out on Lecia.
