Allegedly Kilroy was some shipbuilder who got tired of inspectors second-guessing his work so he painted "Kilroy was here" on the ships he worked on .
The event was marketed as a "free-speech" convention, but the organizers kicked out anybody right-of-center and it turned out to be a yuge scam.
It's unfinished, yet the devs say it is and released it anyways.
