Digging will turn up private information which is useful in finding connections. "Journalist wrote glowing profile of Gamedev's game. Journalist did not disclose that Journalist and Gamedev live together." If they keep the private info behind closed doors and don't encourage anyone to abuse it, that is not doxing.

It depends which side was their own side. Acid said Kelly had been an active anti since GG started. The revoltards all seemed to limit their attacks to only pro-GG people, although I wasn't in their comms to know what they did.

Remember that Meowsticgoesnyaa dropped screenshots of Thidran and Bladee meeting with Teridax, srhbutts, and Izzy Galvez, and Thidran said he was being blackmailed by someone who could target his mother in jail. If Zoe's crew (which we now know includes the Attorneys General's Internet Safety Technical Task Force and the law firm running Robert Mueller's investigation) forced Thidran to allow doxers and swatters into the IRC backchannels, how is that the fault of GG? And if the rest of us were opposed to harassment and speaking out against it, how are their actions supposed to put blame on us?
