The Yellowstone super volcano won't do too much due to the fact that the magma well isn't close to being full enough to cause mass eruptions caused by nuclear detonation (even if possible). It would be like trying to pop a deflated balloon.
What would happen to the south polar ice cap if they fired nukes to melt the ice at Antarctica?
