Your idea of compensation is less rolls? What the fuck is wrong with you. Even in the worst case scenario of 10x14 rolls what we just had gives more. Whether it is 3x30 or 4x30 it is a stupid idea.
Miria often throws out a free attack buff from the backline. If you don't plan on losing your front line the only not to put her there in fire is if you don't want to lose the time her buff takes for dps racing.
Do you have a source on Yaia's passive working on the back line? Not all passives do. If it does Yaia is probably better, even if the buff is only 5% as opposed to Miria's 15%, if only because it stacks with everything.
Don't forget, water doggo is shit as well.
