Sorry, I didn't mean to flip out on you, more so >>14098974

Twin elements is basically only if you're a magna colo cuck or if you're in extreme poverty mode for agni, and Athena spears and swords are much better to farm overall for the latter compared to them because of that juicy trium. And when I meant farming xeno katanas, I more so meant using such high amounts of fodder on them to get both to SL15. Overall >>14098656 has a relatively solid agni grid and he can't really do much else with it at the time since there isn't gonna be a xeno ifrit for a decent while.

Also, to answer the agni-user's character question, if the bottom-left weapon is a standard bahamut sword, keep clarrise. If its an atma, use halloween Bea. Its also efficient because once you get Summer Bea, you can move some EMP from H. Bea over to Summer.

Him being an agni user with two fire katanas presumably at Sl15 with Big Attack II, several Big Attack I weapons, that atma sword being put to good use with a team of sword users (who are all top-tier for fire) and the unknown and seraphic modifyers, his damage shouldn't be lacking whatsoever. The trium is fine, his damage makes it worth the triple attacks. This guy will be fine for this GW, he doesn't need an eche or whale grid.

>Colo build

Staves are the weapon that colossus drops that have a large fire attack modifier. The other weapons available that colossus drops have different weapon skills, but as they don't directly boost your team's attack, they are situational/worthless. This will be a trend for most of the other weapons discussed. The RotB katana provides an especially large normal attack modifier, has a large base attack stat, and gives a minor amount of HP. All xeno weapons have the largest Unknown multiplier of all unknown-type weapons, and have insane stats. Two of these are optimal, and using it as a mainhand provides you with a nice DATA buff to hit more and deal more damage/ougi more. Bahamut weapons (dagger/sword/gun) gives a high normal-type attack AND (Eventually) HP bonus to your team depending on race. Bahamut daggers benefit erunes and humans, bahamut swords are for human/draph teams, and the bahamut gun is for humans/harvins. The dagger should be top priority unless you're super reliant on an earth or fire team, who's top-tier units are mainly humans and draphs. The seraphic weapons are special weapons that directly boost to your element's damage versus the element you're strong against, however these should not be used if youre starting out as its dead weight otherwise against anything but the weaker element.

>Leviathan

The daggers are the same case as above, its a big direct boost to water attack. The others he drops are generally worthless. The Xeno staff is the same as above, largest unknown multiplier for your water damage of all water unknowns. Bahamut is same as above. Seraphic is same as above. A fimbul is a special weapon that boosts your damage a lot if you have max health, but as >>14104602 said, its probably unviable if you're starting out. Use a 6th levi dagger. The GW weapons are special in that not only can you eventually get GW characters from them, but you can customize the element they are. GW dagger is great for damage as it boosts your DATA (multiattack rate) on ougi, and the harp is great because it gives your party a good heal on ougi.

>Yggdrasil build

5 yggy swords, bahamut weapons, and the two xeno harps are the standard for the same reasons as stated above, except that a harp will wind up being your mainhand as soon as you obtain one. The RotB fist has very solid stats and you can eventually have it give you crit chance, which is a good damage increase against the element you're strong against (water in earth's case.) Uriel gauntlet is to be swapped with a 6th yggy sword until you have a functional grid for all elements, or if you never use the grid for anything besides water.

>tiamat

This is a bit of a change from status quo thus far. The tiamat gauntlet is the big-attack boost weapon, but the weapon to farm from here are tiamat guns. They have a medium attack boost, but also feature enmity, which is an extremely powerful damage steroid that makes you hit harder as your HP lowers. You will outperform a tiamat gauntlet grid at roughly 60% HP, and deal disgusting damage as you near 1HP. Combine that with better offensive stats by virtue of the weapon being guns as opposed to fists, and this is probably the most powerful magna grid you'll make. GW dagger MH, bahamut dagger/gun, and either a seraph bow for fights against earth enemies, or a 7th tiamat gun.

>Celeste

There are two builds you can go, and it all depends on if you own Summer Zooey. Summer Zooey is broken. She is the ultimate enmity activator, and is one of the only reasons dark is feared as an element as there is also a weapon that uses enmity, much like the tiamat guns. Use 5 axes if you lack S.Zoi, and 5 claws if you have her. Claws are for enmity, axes are for stable damage. The olden cortana is a big-attack boosting weapon, and also increases your triple-attack chance drastically while also shaving off 10% HP off your party. With a fully upgraded bahamut weapon giving HP, this consequence is managable. Two xeno unknowns for the massive boost to dark attack, and either a hermanubis (You arent getting this for a long time), a qilin harp (probably not this either), a dark GW dagger, or a celeste spear will be your ideal mainhands.

>Luminiera

This one is a bit of a doozy. From rank 1-100, the guns gonna be your main choice, with a bahamut weapon, xeno weapon (once it comes out), GW dagger/ light harp MH, basically just the regular. Once you get to HL (101) though, this all shifts. Luminiera swords are possibly one of the most broken weapons in the game but only once you upgrade it to 4*, and as such, you should never ever sell, reduce, or scrap one. The stats may seem weak since it has a small HP and attack boost, but at FLB, it gains a normal modifier as well. The more swords you have in your grid, the more the magna light attack and the normal-type attack are going to multiply with eachother, giving you fairly high damage, and with the HP boost as well, your light party will eventually be sitting pretty as an average 35k HP for all of your members. This is an extremely long term goal though as Lumi sword drop rates are absolute cancer, so this will take a while, so focus on using guns and saving any swords you find.

Also, some slight tips.

>Xeno weapons are the best, but most won't be available for a while. Just get unknown-type weapons from events where you can until the next time a xeno event comes.

>the magna primal beat's weapons are a magna-modifier, and most other weapon are on a normal-type multiplier. The summons these magnas drop directly boost the power of these magna weapon's weapon skills. Since these magna weapons get most of their juice out of their weapon skills, make a 0 grid of the appropriate amount of weapons you need in each element before you sue additional copies to upgrade your already existing ones. Seven guns on your grid before you use any more guns to 1, 2 and 3 any others.

Are you two actually autistic? These are the standard basic grids for people building magna pools which the original new guy said he hasnt even really reached 0* yet, and I gave him a fair explanation. I got one or two pieces of info wrong like the exact amount of attack a couple things give him, but the whole of it is sound. Tell the anon and myself what the optimal grid for every element is yourself and show me how wrong I was, or shut the fuck up.

My advice is going to mainly focus on that Agni summon of yours, so keep that in mind. If you think something like Xeno Sagittarius is coming soon or you want to be in tip-top shape for Fire GW, try farming Colossus-chan for sticks. Three sticks at SL7 to replace the Perci sword, carbine, axe, yeah.

However, you want to start grinding Twin Elements as well. A 0 ancient eche sachs is better than a 3 colossus staff at a certain HP threshhold despite the lower base stats on the weapon itself. You can also pocket the normal-modifier Eche Sachs for future use when you get around to stoning that Agni. Speaking of which, after the upcoming GW, you may want to start farming a F2P grid for it. Normal eche sachs, a couple athena spears, an athena sword, maybe a Prometheus staff to synergize with any eches you have as it'll gradually lower your HP while giving you solid attack with it's weapon skills, it isn't too bad. I have to say my knowledge about F2P agni builds isn't really up there since I never bothered to look into it, but what I said is the gist of what I've picked up concerning them.

>>14107100

The yuel katana (assuming you're talking about the event weapon) is an unknown/EX multiplier, which is beneficial to you no matter what. It'll be replaced my a True Xeno Ifrit Axe in the future, but for now, skill it up and use it. Also skill your ifrit axe up as well. And since eche sachs is nothing without it's weapon skills, make that the third thing you skill up to 10. Following that, evenly skill up your staves. Also, it is an investment, but also think about skilling your bahamut dagger to 10 so it can be coda'd. The HP boost it gives is really, really juicy, though you won't be able to do that before the event hits.

Assuming the guy is as new as he sort of alludes to, he's probably 'maining' an element until he has a team for the other ones. Seraphim weapons are great, but if he's gonna be packing the same element for most raids or content, then the weapons are only going to be beneficial for one element and generally dead weight for the other five. Also since he's new, getting RotB weapons are good to have as not only a stat-stick, but also something that actually increases his damage via weapon skills while also retaining the ability to be upgraded and used if he ever rolls a primal. It also has the benefit of being farmable through the upcoming RotB event, and not something he needs to get lucky with.

Water, wind, dark and light. Fire has the Xeno Ifrit True Axe, and Earth has the vohu harp. Water also appreciates a GW harp. Dark has a tiny bit less priority unless you main it or are far away from HL, since both the Qilin Harp and Hermanubis axe are also fantastic mainhands.

Yeah, I'll concede that the fimbul isn't too great for magna. That was a mistake on my part. Xeno staff or a pinya dagger is better than a fimbul on a water magna, I don't really know why I said a fimbul the other night, probably because I grinded one during the last fenrir event just to have. Theres a sweet spot of Magna/Normal/Unknown weapon multipliers for each element. X amount of the magna weapons combined with 1-2 unknown weapons, a bahamut weapon, and one or two Normal weapons thrown in there to strike that perfect balance. In a tiamat grid, the bolts are powerful enough to where you'll use 6-7 of them for the medium attack and enmity which are boosted by the tiamat summon,, a bahamut for normal attack as well as HP, seraphic bow if facing earth enemies, a Xeno Sagi spear for the massive unknown multiplier, and the mainhand will be a weapon that has a decent effect on your stats but most importantly give you a buff passively or upon ougi. This is why GW daggers are so important to wind, it is a fairly strong normal multiplier, but it also gives DATA. Love Eternal is the same case as GW dagger, but with better stats, normal modifier, and effects upon ougi. Using multiple Love Eternals without Zephyrus means you'll be falling off on damage comapred to loading up on the magna.

Theres a sweet spot.
