I have a question. I need moral guidance. For the last 3 years I've watched as lefties have gotten right leaning individuals fired from their jobs. It's wrong. It's always been wrong, but time and time again it's left leaners that are in positions of power. Here's my dilemma: this time I'M in that position of power, and I have a left wing commie lunatic, one of my crew members, that if I want I can fire. All he does is rant about "nazis" and "activating his Makabra and going to the 4th dimension" He's into some really wacky hippie shit and he makes threats to my other crew members, as well as myself. Yet so far I've protected him. He's not mentally well, and I want to help him, but the situation is getting difficult to maintain. At this point I just want to get rid of him, but I feel guilty.

If I fire him, it won't be for political reasons. That would just be a bonus. His behavior warrants termination. But the political aspect of it makes it feel wrong. I really don't know what to do.

Also, sorry for being a (3) this late in the thread, I just got home from work.

I can tell it's literally just about Trump, but that's really it? I'm not surprised, just disappointed. Their team lost and it ruined their whole year? Fucking hell man.

I'm not sure. I'm not sure if he's actually dangerous. But he's very emotional, and when he gets into his raging moods he starts mumbling threats and shouting. I need to put my crews well being above my own feelings though. You're right.

He use to be a good employee and somewhat of a friend, but he's really gone downhill. And I know, it's fucked in the head to not see it as the obvious thing to do. I know what I have to do, I just don't like doing it. I keep hoping for an out but I have little choice. It's gone too far.

Tonight when I see him I'll tell him what's up. I'll start documenting his behaviour so there's a paper trail, and if he doesn't knock it off I'll term him.

Thank you anons.
