I can get behind that. I don't like the "Buffalo" style of seasoning. That's one of those "just because it's hot & spicy" things. But I've tried a few things in a genuine Cajun restaurant in a neighboring town. Very spicy, but does not let you down for flavor. Favorite thing thus far was a creamy Crawfish Etouffee.
