Theres a twitter people called the Yakuza, they update the honors each of the four teams accumulated and updates them every 5-15 minutes. Use that to make an informed decision on when and where to bet based upon which team seems like they're going to win. Do note that granblue makes the team's honor gains private about three hours before the day ends for GW, so you have to make a guess based upon trends for that day and the previous days.

If you have, zoi, basically this grid I'm posting. If you don't have her, use more axes and less claws. The best mainhands are Hermanubis (if you're even that high of a level to do the raid), the dark GW dagger, and celeste spears. You'll want to try to get your hands on an Olden Cortana from Dark Angel Olivia raids, 4axes 1claws/4claws 1axes, a bahamut sword or dagger at Nova or Coda, preferably Coda, 1-2 unknown multiplier weapons, then one of the aforementioned mainhands. The staff from the newest sidestory is an okay unknown weapon you can farm if you have none.

Get holy sabre, then sidewinder. Get the rest of them at your own leisure. Then focus on EX classes. Also, you probably won't be too starve for CP until you unlock T4 classes, and even then, you can exchange a gold moon for 5000 CP, which is enough for two T4 classes. Nothing much to worry about whatsoever.
