Maybe place a limit for how many tickets you can bet on X during a round, like 5 or 10? Or set a minimum payout that isn't so paltry? Certainly there are better ways to handle this and combat the chinese rigging the matches.

Let's just start saying Draphs aren't the race for you. And most female harvins are at least 20 years old so if you are very particular with your loli's age you'll have to sieve through them. Between None, Human and Erunes you should be able to find some little girls like Aster and Lily. There's quite a few if you look hard enough.
As for the strongest characters that are also flat there's Orchid and Sara at the very top, though they fulfill very different functions in different elements.
Your goal should be to get as many tickets from the sidestories as you can before legfest (or Flashfest if you want Orchid) and then just collect as many crystals you can before it starts. Then wallow in despair and vow that you will only draw for a spark when disappointment hits you
