It's not surprising. I used to play that and the servers were all ass. Rubber-banding all over the time and the maps were boring arena type stuff.

People that talk in the server are half the fun of TF2 if you ask me. Once enough people leave, the game becomes significantly less fun, but still solid.
I understand that. I'm saying that the game's too cartoony to be taken 100% serious, so shit-talking by mic is a good bit of fun to amplify the already good gameplay. It's not really about winning, I had my share of comp when I still played retail.

Server's about the same. I've noticed some latency though, mostly when trying to snipe or during melee battles.
