the roulette fills you with characters, that's 50 crystals a pop for their fate episodes, plus a shitloads of crystals you get for story missions and free quests, plus a shitload of crystals you get for first timing raids and showdowns, plus the 200 daily crystals for the login bonusses. Also the just gave away 6k crystals and 5 tickets.
Saving for a spark isn't too hard.
Yeah, you can definitely get by, some free characters are also pretty decent and should you have a hole in a team, Lyria is going to be available from the 10th.
As for the spark, I still can't believe all the shit I pulled. I hope my summer one can bring me at least one of the Shiva/Lucifer/Baha summons.

I hereby welcome you to the first day of the second edition of the Scrubs Race!
It's a calm morning this one and most Alts are just heating up their engine and getting a feel of what's to come. The changes in the roulette are definitely making a difference, with many 20 an 30 pulls being handed all around.
Still, there are those who are lucky and those who are not!
Poor Account 4 is still depressed about his last result, while Account 8 is trying to redeem itself pulling the first SSR of the day!
Then we have Him: the Man! the Myth! the Luckshitter! Account 9 is still feeling it and opens his race with a Wind Lancelot, will it still be the favourite? Or will someone else strip the title of Champion from it?
Account 10 though remembers, and this time doesn't want to be left behind, he statrs his race with an incredible double SSR Pull outside of Legfest and what a pull! Arulumaya and Korwa! Can we forsee a happy end for the one who got 3rd place last time?
There's limited summer characters in the pool, you might want to look into that. Those won't be rollable with the roulette ether.

It's the second day of roulette and the engines start roaring.
Accounts 8 reaches 10 and they both move in the lead and start a pinching manouver to keep Account 9 locked behind.
Account 3 kicks it up a notch adding Aliza to its roster, Account 4's Water Societte finally gets her Yuel to accompany her and Account 5 starts it off with more summons.
Account 7 on the other hand gets an explosive potato and is not afraid to use it!
