The technical issues we've been experiencing are unacceptable. I want to personally apologize to everyone and will look into setting up some sort of bunker or even a new site to complement 8kun due to the fact that 8kun right now is a giant mess in both software and because board creation was basically deleted. I'll probably end up following that torpedo's advice and asking my dev friend to use lynxchan for said bunker and then switch out for something better, if someone makes it along the way. But yeah, if you can't tell, I'm fucking pissed and my patience is running thin.
gonna try making a bunker, my dev guy is busy with IRL shit right now. But I'll try to have something possibly by the end of the month.
Another thing of note, the Julay /v/ owner basically removed IDs because it's "something Mark would do". Why would you trust a guy like that?
I don't mind the owner himself, it's the BO I think has a screw loose. But like you said the choice is ultimately up to the community. I may be a faggot, but at least I care about the community and wanted to make it something special rather than bitching about our competition or whatever. This whole situation is depressing.
I've made my fair share of mistakes and bad decisions I'll admit, having IDs wasn't one of them.

It's fine as long as we leave this place open, that's what the rules say anyway. I'm not worried about migration since I can always have a big ol' fat sticky telling people where to go. The current dilemma is one of shekels though. Mainly to pay for new software that doesn't run like a massive turd.

Well for one thing I don't base my entire moderation system based on bitching about cuckchan or julay.world. Additionally I have five years worth of experience and have been by /v/'s side for all five years, hell I'm risking my income by talking about this.

Not necessarily, yes I've made my fair share of mistakes. However the truth is that I've been fair with my moderation while banning cancer like console wars, soyjacks, low effort threads, etc. You can say that I'm a sperg, but I've been doing a good job with this place, if not for the fact that the software keeps fucking up.
Mind you loli content is allowed on places like /d/, however loli boards themselves aren't being approved.
