You can add these filters to ublock origin if you use it for noscript. It blocks the ?pagespeed=noscript. Also makes posting not redirect back to the thread, but posts still go through.

I wish they would just disable the pagespeed shit. No doubt it causes more stress on the servers when people load every page twice and get a pointless redirect.
