What happened to 8chan was due to a change in leadership not a change of the times, had this site never been scammed from hotwheels who knows maybe he wouldn't have become disillusioned with the site since he would've never ended up becoming an employee of the pig king so the site could've continued to stick by hotwheels principles to this day instead of abandoning them all in search of profitability like jim did.
