Some of that is just flat out incorrect, also overly complicated "decode/theory" at least in regards to the subject matter here (and in crumb).

Shouldn't be an issue depending on time zone (I'm Pacifc) and on from 0600-000 most days if not working outside.
It doesn't require a lot of attention at this point so a good time to learn…once you have done it a few times.. it is low maintenance right now. Takes a couple of minutes to bake and 15 or so to scan for notables.
