The pic in the post just before the Disney meme was what I was looking for. That formed the jowls/neck and suit.
It looks a bit lopsided but I used guides to line everything up so it it needs a bit of a tweak, just say. GA o7
Looks like the face could use a bit of an anti clockwise tweak rather than the whole image and the ears are different I see now. If you want identical ears, pick your poison Genesis.
Looks like the shirt just above the tie needs a retouch.
